Last Wednesday, May 28, the official launch of the 4th Edition of the Dejando Huella Awards took place, featuring the panel “Innovating with Purpose: Business Models that Leave a Mark.”

It was a space where leaders from organizations awarded in previous editions shared how they have integrated social responsibility into the heart of their business strategy. Through their experiences, it became clear that leaving a mark means transforming communities, innovating with purpose, and generating shared value.

We would like to thank our guest panelists: Gustavo Vega, President of ACH Colombia Oficial; Svetlana Noworyta, Director of Fundraising and Sustainability at Fundación Cardioinfantil – LaCardio; Jorge Abisambra, President of Fundación Opnicer and member of the FORO DE PRESIDENTES; Miguel Achury Jimenez, General Manager of Empropaz, a program by Banco de las Microfinanzas - Bancamía S.A.; and Victor Hugo Malagón Basto, Vice Chancellor of Universidad Sergio Arboleda, former President of the FORO DE PRESIDENTES, and panel moderator. Through their experiences, we reflected on how leaving a mark involves transforming communities, innovating with purpose, and generating shared value.

With this conversation, we officially opened the application process for initiatives to the Dejando Huella Awards 2025. This initiative, led by the Foro de Presidentes in partnership with INALDE Business School, Endeavor Colombia, CESA, Sistema B, and Fedesoft, aims to showcase and recognize social and sustainable projects that are building a better country.
